Refund Policy

Before you pay

You iterate on the lyrics with the Lab as much as you like, free, and nothing is charged until you approve them. The words can't disappoint you – you wrote them with us and signed off on every line.

After delivery

You receive at least two takes and choose the release. If neither take's sound works for you, tell us within 14 days and we'll rerun production once – same approved lyrics, fresh takes – free. Most "hmm" reactions are resolved by the second listen or the other take; the rerun catches the rest.

Full refunds, automatically deserved

If we fail to deliver your takes within the promised 48-hour window, you get a complete refund on request – no negotiation, no coupon dance. If we refuse your order at review (see the terms), you are never charged, or refunded in full if a charge already settled.

Subjective everything-else

If the song simply doesn't feel right and the rerun didn't fix it, contact us anyway. We're a small studio; we'd rather resolve it like people than hide behind a policy page. We can't promise a refund in every subjective case, but we promise a human conversation in all of them.

How to ask

Reply to any order email or use the contact page with your order link. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days.
